We introduce your child to key concepts, new skills, cooperation, and goal setting in this stage. Your child learns valuable lessons for all areas of life and maximum skill development. We make use of fun props, difficult skills, and moves while having a blast!

Early development for children ages 4-5 is crucial for building physical, social, and cognitive abilities. The Tiger-Rock Tiger-Cubs™ training program aids in this development through play-based action scenarios staged physical challenges, and cognitive development drills. Students strengthen their ability to process instructions, focus on objectives, and interact with peers inside an energetic and fun martial arts-based experience.
Additional program fees paid to the instructor: Tiger Rock t-shirt required $15 - purchase at 1st class. Uniforms are required after the first session. Testing fees of $20 include a belt, certificate, and ranking.

Soccer Stars uses the soccer ball as a vehicle to help children improve their soccer skills, develop self-confidence and physical literacy, improve gross motor skills, and hone socialization skills.

Join us to learn the volleyball basics: bump, set, spike, and serve, while learning the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, responsibility, and confidence.

Prior volleyball experience is required. Instruction will cover passing, setting, and hitting, with offensive and defensive strategies. Players will experience "game-like" situations during drills and scrimmages.
